Our monthly sound bath sessions at The Loft offer a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support your body in returning to balance. Using a blend of soothing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation—somewhere between rest and meditation.

There is nothing you need to do. Simply lie back, get comfortable, and receive.

These sessions are perfect if you are feeling:

  • Struggling to switch off or sleep

  • Emotionally drained or in need of space

  • Curious about meditation but find it hard to sit still
