Life can feel like a never-ending to-do list. In this free one-hour talk, Jacqui shares simple, practical ways to let go of unnecessary stress, quiet the mental load, and create more space for calm, clarity and balance in everyday life.

An evening of mantra, music and community.

✨ No experience needed. Simply come as you are and enjoy an evening of music, mindfulness and shared connection.
You are warmly invited to a heartfelt Kirtan circle - an evening of call-and-response mantra chanting and shared presence. Together we'll connect to our divine selves, our breath, and the quiet joy that lives beneath the noise of everyday life. This circle will be held in a beautiful second floor studio, with nearby parking. Please bring a bottle of water, and feel free to bring cushions or blankets so you can sit comfortably and fully relax into the experience.

Summer sessions are held at The Loft on 16 July, 23 July, 20 August and 25 August, all beginning at 7:30pm. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with previous Reiki or meditation experience.

A deeply restful guided meditation with Suzanne.

Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a beautifully simple practice that guides you into a state of deep relaxation. Perfect if you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or simply in need of a little space to breathe. Just come as you are and let yourself rest.
